Mobility Tracks of the MIPDaL Erasmus Mundus Program

Students begin the program at one of the following universities for the first semester:

  • Tallinn University of Technology – TalTech (Estonia)
  • Carlos III University of Madrid – UC3M (Spain)

In the second semester, students specialize in one of the three tracks at designated partner universities:

  • IT & Data Law: TalTech (Estonia), TU Dresden (Germany), University of Exeter (UK)
  • Creative Industries: Queen Mary University of London (UK), University of Dresden (TUD)
  • Industrial Property Law: University of Strasbourg – CEIPI (France), University of Exeter (UK)

Master’s thesis is completed in summers from July to September.

  • Academic Qualification: A law degree with at least 240 ECTS or equivalent; alternatively, a degree with at least 80% of the required credit points in law.
  • English Proficiency: C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
